By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay the subscription fee associated with your chosen plan. Subscription fees are payable monthly and are non-refundable.
3. Intellectual Property:
All design materials created by WiJo Design, including but not limited to logos, branding assets, and website designs, are the intellectual property of WiJo Design unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities:
You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding your design requirements and to cooperate with WiJo Design throughout the design process.
5. Confidentiality:
WiJo Design will treat all client information and project details as confidential and will not disclose such information to third parties without the client's consent.
6. Limitation of Liability:
WiJo Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services.
7. Termination:
WiJo Design reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate by WiJo Design.
8. Amendments:
WiJo Design reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of UK. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK.
